Description
The project includes the following:
- Install Anti-Virus software at Clients Request (Client must purchase product/licenses)
- Documentation of all equipment and passwords
- Install and Configure Software Firewalls On Stations
- Change passwords on firewall and networking equipment
- Eliminate all remote access from prior vendor.
- Implementation of Standard Security Policies and Protocols
- Review of all existing equipment and current setup.
- Review of current backup strategy
- Implementation of new backup strategy (Client must provide network drive)
- May make recommendations to improve technology strategies or equipment to help improve employee productivity.
Project Items:
- Install and setup two Mac Minis for conference rooms
- Setup of Apple TV on both TV’s (Client to provide Apple TV)
- Installation and setup of 4 iMacs and 1 Mac Mini. (Client to purchase Macs)
- Setup Ofiice365 BP on each new Macs
- Setup existing Dropbox on each new Mac to access existing customer data
- Setup Timemachine for backups to main network backup drive (Client must provide network drive)
- Setup office network, sharing and backup drive
- Installation (2) Wireless Access Points
- Setup 2 SSID – One for corporate network, the second for guest
- Installation of new HP 48 Port Switch into rack. (Client to provide rack and patch cables)
- Migrate Ofiice365 tenant from existing IT Provider into SureLine AV
- JMEC users to have default SMTP Email be the JMEC domain
