Description

The project includes the following:

• Install Anti-Virus software at Clients Request (Client must purchase product/licenses)
• Documentation of all equipment and passwords
• Install and Configure Software Firewalls On Stations
• Change passwords on firewall and networking equipment
• Eliminate all remote access from prior vendor.
• Implementation of Standard Security Policies and Protocols
• Review of all existing equipment and current setup.
• Review of current backup strategy
• Implementation of new backup strategy (Client must provide network drive)
• May make recommendations to improve technology strategies or equipment to help improve employee productivity.

Project Items:

• Install and setup two Mac Minis for conference rooms
• Setup of Apple TV on both TV’s (Client to provide Apple TV)
• Installation and setup of 4 iMacs and 1 Mac Mini. (Client to purchase Macs)
• Setup Ofiice365 BP on each new Macs
• Setup existing Dropbox on each new Mac to access existing customer data
• Setup Timemachine for backups to main network backup drive (Client must provide network drive)
• Setup office network, sharing and backup drive
• Installation (2) Wireless Access Points
• Setup 2 SSID – One for corporate network, the second for guest
• Installation of new HP 48 Port Switch into rack. (Client to provide rack and patch cables)
• Migrate Ofiice365 tenant from existing IT Provider into SureLine AV
• JMEC users to have default SMTP Email be the JMEC domain
